The public banking facility named as “Rotary Bangalore Health City Narayana Tissue Bank” accepts donations of cord blood and tissue from interested parents-to-be and enables availability of these banked units for treatment of HLA matched patients.

Management of RNTB-SCRC
Dr. Prem Anand Nagaraja, MD., Director of the Center has over 18 years experience in the field of Clinical Microbiology & Infectious Diseases, Hospital Infection Control and has participated in pilot studies of stem cell therapies at Narayana Hrudayalaya.
Mr. Vicent Arokiadas, Mr. Kamesh and Mr. Murali man the stem cell lab and are highly experienced and skilled in stem cell banking. Mr. Ajay mans the cryo-preservation lab and Mr. Prakash works as a lab assistant.
Mr. Palok Das is the General Manager – Business Strategies. He has worked with noted pharma majors like Galderma (India) and Sarabhai-Piramal in Brand Management and has over 9 years experience in pharma sales and marketing.
Mr. Siddesh, Mr. Swagato, Mrs. Nandini and Mr. Karthick have joined the center as Business Development Executives, all with reasonable experience in the field.
Ms. Chaitra joined the center as Jr. Scientific Officer undertaking the medical marketing activities.
Mrs. Hemanti takes care of Field and Office Administration, while Mr. Ismail and Mr. Ramu are field assistants for all the center’s activities.
The center is increasing its staff strength to cater to the increasing demand from various quarters of India.
